Working on an application and need help with technical issues?
Before contacting Tech-Help please verify the following:
- You are using a high-speed connection. Dial-up may cause problems.
- You are using Internet Explorer as your browser.
- You are pasting Microsoft Word text into the memo fields. Regardless of how it looks (single-spaced, different sized fonts) it will format properly as long as it was formatted correctly on the document you are copying from.
- You have filled in all REQUIRED fields. If you have difficulty submitting, go back through the application and look for red highlighted fields.
